Leyline Knights​
September 2020 - April 2021

Leyline Knights is a top-down 3D roguelike where you play as a magic knight, Elizabeth fighting to climb the Great Tree to find magic for her brother.

I served as the Animator on the project and was responsible for bringing our characters to life with frame precise action animation.

Focus of animation style was too create a 'snappy' moment to moment of gameplay for the player.

  • ​8 month project with a team of 16 in Unreal Engine 4
  • All rigging and animation done in Maya
  • Rigged & Animated 4 humanoid & 6 creature characters with focus on frame precise combat
  • Rigging & animating 10 humanoid characters with focus on casual interaction and gestures
